The service

TipiTrip is a mobile app that generates travel plans with the help of an AI model and public place data. Plans are suggestions. Opening hours, prices, availability and conditions on the ground can change; check anything that matters before you rely on it, especially with children.

Credits

• Generating or re-generating a plan costs one credit. New users receive a small number of free credits. Further credits are sold as one-time packs through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Credits are consumables tied to the device identifier the app created on your phone. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another person and do not expire while the app remains available.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. If a purchase is refunded, the credits from that pack are removed from your balance.
• If you reinstall the app, use "Restore purchases" so your paid balance moves to the new installation.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to obtain credits you did not pay for, to interfere with the service, or to use the app for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to a device that abuses the free-credit allowance.

Hotel links

Hotel suggestions link to Booking.com searches. Any booking is a contract between you and Booking.com or the property. TipiTrip may earn a commission from Booking.com for bookings made through these links, at no extra cost to you.

Liability

TipiTrip is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on a plan, from third-party services, or from interruptions of the service. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
